Courtney Love sued by credit card company
Singer being sued by American Express over alleged owed money
The firm alleges that the former Hole frontwoman owes $350,000 (£220,000), reports BBC News.
The company has filed court papers in Los Angeles, claiming that Love has "failed and refuse" to pay off the debt on her gold credit card. They are seeking damages and legal costs on top of the debt.
